Customers are able to return the unused equipment in its original condition & packaging within a time period of 30 days from the date of purchase.
Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase will not be refunded and a restocking fee will be deducted from the due amount which is 20% for commercial locations and 30% for residential locations.
